Event Description Chicago-Kent's Program in Intellectual Property Law and Institute on the Supreme Court of the United States host a talk by Tracy Genesen, a partner in the San Francisco office of ReedSmith, where she directs a variety of complex multi-district federal court litigation focusing primarily on constitutional law matters, with particular focus on challenges to state alcohol regulatory statutes.
