Event Description
Chicago-Kent's Program in Intellectual Property Law and Institute on the Supreme Court of the United States host a talk by Tracy Genesen, a partner in the San Francisco office of ReedSmith, where she directs a variety of complex multi-district federal court litigation focusing primarily on constitutional law matters, with particular focus on challenges to state alcohol regulatory statutes. This lecture is free and open to the public, but RSVPs are requested for the reception immediately following the program.
