Event Description
In observance of Constitution Day, Andrew Koppelman, John Paul Stevens Professor of Law and Political Science at Northwestern University, will deliver a lecture titled "The Tough Luck Constitution and the Fight Over Health Care Reform." The lecture is free and open to the public.
